Service Description
Beginner swim lessons are designed for children ages 3-8, focusing on water safety, confidence, and fundamental swim skills in a fun and supportive environment. We prioritize helping young swimmers feel comfortable in the water, learn essential safety techniques, and develop basic swimming abilities—without the pressure of lap swimming or competitive training. Our goal is to build a strong foundation for a lifetime of water confidence!
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all participants, please review our cancellation policy before booking your lesson: 24+ hours notice: Reschedule with no penalty Less than 24 hours notice: No refund or rescheduling, except on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested for recurring cancellations with less than 12 hours notice. Since our swim lessons are held at outdoor facilities, we want to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants. Please review the following guidelines for weather-related cancellations: Severe Weather (e.g., thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain, etc.): Lessons will be canceled if there are severe weather conditions that pose a risk to safety. Participants will be notified as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, you will be offered a makeup lesson or a credit for a future lesson. Light Rain or Mild Conditions: If conditions are manageable and safe, lessons may proceed as scheduled. In the case of light rain or mild conditions, please dress appropriately, and lessons will be adjusted as needed for the safety and comfort of all. If weather conditions worsen during the lesson, we may decide to cut the lesson short or reschedule. Weather Notifications: If you do not hear from us, the lesson is proceeding as scheduled. Makeup Lessons or Credits: If your lesson is canceled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule a makeup lesson at your convenience, or you may opt for a credit that can be used for a future lesson. Makeup lessons will be scheduled within 2 weeks of the original lesson, subject to availability. No Refunds for Weather-Related Cancellations: Weather-related cancellations will not result in a refund but will be accommodated with either makeup lessons or credits. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
